Dr. Steven D. Fallon was born and raised in Spring Township and is a graduate of Wilson High School. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania in 1996, Dr. Fallon began his dental career at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and received his DMD in 2001. During that time, he received the Theodore Blum Oral Surgery award recognizing him for his clinical excellence in that field. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the Medical College of Virginia in 2005 and has been practicing full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Fallon is board certified and enjoys practicing all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Fallon’s comprehensive training included all aspects of the specialty, with an emphasis on dental implant surgery, removal of wisdom teeth, corrective jaw surgery, outpatient general anesthesia and facial cosmetic surgery. He also embarked on mission trips to Honduras where he treated underprivileged children born with dentofacial deformities, cleft lips and palates. Dr. Fallon maintains surgical privileges and is an active staff member at the Reading Hospital.
He now lives in Sinking Spring with his wife and their children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the Jersey shore, surfing, sailing, and playing golf. Dr. Fallon is extremely excited to be back home in the Reading area and is looking forward to becoming involved in the Berks County community.
