Dr. Steven D. Fallon is a graduate of Wilson High School. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania in 1996, he began his dental career at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and received his DMD in 2001.

During that time, he received the Theodore Blum Oral Surgery award recognizing him for his clinical excellence in that field. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the Medical College of Virginia in 2005 and has since been practicing full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Fallon is board certified, maintains surgical privileges, and is an active staff member at the Reading Hospital. His comprehensive training included all aspects of the specialty, with an emphasis on dental implant surgery, removal of wisdom teeth, corrective jaw surgery, outpatient general anesthesia, and facial cosmetic surgery. He has also embarked on mission trips to Honduras where he treated underprivileged children born with dentofacial deformities, and cleft lips and palates.

In addition to working with Berks Oral Surgery and Reading Hospital, Dr. Fallon serves as a speaker for Nobel Biocare.

In his spare time, Dr. Fallon enjoys spending time with his family, going to the Jersey shore, surfing, sailing, and playing golf. He is a resident of Sinking Spring with his wife and their children.
