Insurance Policy
At Berks Oral Surgery, we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this goal, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We participate with many major medical and dental insurance carriers.
If we participate with your plan, we will file the claim for you. You are responsible for co-pays/co-insurance, deductibles and non-covered services at the time of service. If we do not participate with your insurance plan, we will still file a claim to your insurance for you. However, you remain financially responsible for all charges incurred.
We are participating providers with Medicare. Medicare does not cover most dental services; however, there are certain oral conditions that Medicare deems medically necessary and will cover. Medicare patients are responsible for co-pay/co-insurance, deductibles, and non-covered services.
